## When Archive360 may be a better fit

- Decommissioning a specific legacy archive system (Enterprise Vault, Autonomy EAS, EMC SourceOne) and migrating its historical data to Azure storage

## The Signal and iMessage Gap

Archive360's connector list includes WhatsApp and WeChat but does not list Signal or iMessage. For broker-dealers and RIAs, these are not edge cases. iMessage and Signal have been named explicitly in SEC enforcement actions totaling hundreds of millions in fines. Firms that conduct business over Signal or iMessage may need additional controls if those channels are not captured.

## Broad Governance vs. Communications Compliance

Archive360 is designed for IT, legal, and records management teams governing enterprise data at scale. Comma is designed for compliance officers at financial firms who need to answer a specific regulatory question: can we produce every business communication from WhatsApp, Signal, or iMessage within the same business day an examiner requests it?

Those are different problems. Archive360 solves the first. Comma solves the second.
