What is Comma Compliance Archival?

Comma Compliance Archival is a Zoom App designed for organizations to monitor and archive user activities such as meetings, chats, phone logs, and contacts for compliance and audit purposes. Zoom administrators use it to capture and archive all Zoom activity for SEC, FINRA, and internal audit requirements.

How to Connect the App

This app is only available through the Comma Compliance platform.

  1. Visit app.commacompliance.com.
  2. Log in using your business email address.
  3. From the top navigation bar, click on Integrations.
  4. Click Connect Zoom and follow the prompts to authorize access with your Zoom account.
  5. On the Zoom OAuth screen, review the requested permissions and click Allow.
  6. After successful authorization, you will be redirected back to the Integrations page.

Required Permissions

This app requests the following Zoom scope:

  • user:read:user:admin - to access basic user information such as email, full name, phone number, and workspace name for compliance monitoring.

All collected data is read-only, securely stored, and only visible to authorized personnel in the admin dashboard.

App Functionality

  • Syncs the administrator’s Zoom account details (email, name, workspace name, etc.) into the internal audit dashboard.
  • Future updates will include syncing all users under the admin account.

Disconnect the App

To disconnect the Zoom integration:

  1. Log in to app.commacompliance.com with your business email.
  2. Go to the Integrations tab from the top navigation bar.
  3. Click Disconnect Zoom to revoke access and disconnect the app.
