Flat-Fee Compliance Software Pricing: Why It Wins for Budget & Sanity

When it comes to compliance software, pricing pages can feel like they’re written in code. (Hello CRMs, collab tools, and even dating apps.) Sliding scales, “custom quotes,” per-message fees, and per-connector pricing that charges you separately for every platform you monitor.  You need a calculator and a crystal ball to figure out your bill.

A Note on Transparency: We’ve given considerable thought to ensuring our pricing is fair for small and growing teams. Early on, we did consider charging for storage — or even charging extra for certain connectors like iMessage, which is by far the most expensive for us to capture and archive. But then we started talking to potential clients. And we heard the same story over and over:

“Our storage costs ballooned overnight because our team just… communicated more that month.”

No thanks. 

We realized that wasn’t the kind of relationship we wanted with our customers. We didn’t want you to dread growth or new conversations because of an unpredictable bill. We created this pricing structure because it makes sense, and we want you to trust us from billing to secure archival. 

Pricing Built for Small and Growing Teams

Our flat-fee pricing is designed for teams up to 250 users.

“Wait!” You may be saying, “you lied! You said it was a flat fee!” For up to 250 users, it is. Why the limit?

Because that’s the sweet spot where we can include every connector, unlimited storage, and predictable costs without cutting corners. For larger enterprises, the complexity of archiving at scale  -especially with custom compliance workflows, legacy data migrations, and high-volume connectors like iMessage - requires a tailored approach to keep things sustainable for both sides.

We don’t hide that, and we won’t try to shoehorn a 5,000-seat firm into a small-team pricing model that doesn’t serve them well. Instead, we work with larger clients on a custom plan that’s still transparent, still connector-inclusive, and still avoids the “gotcha” fees most vendors use.

Compliance Isn’t a Luxury Service

Regulatory obligations don’t scale with your budget. FINRA and the SEC don’t care how many messages you sent. They care if you keep the right ones.
