How to Link a Personal Integration

To connect personal integrations of platforms, such as individual WhatsApp, Twitter, iMessage, and Signal, navigate to Integrations in the top Navigation Bar. They can be linked on a personal or business device.

Ensure an Admin has Toggled on "allow your team to connect" for the platforms.

Personal integrations are located below the organizational integrations.

Quickly link your individual accounts by pressing the Connect Button beneath the appropriate platform(s).

Once pressed, Comma will route the user to a log in page.
Comma will requesting access to your account (X, Facebook, etc) or provide a QR code.

For WhatsApp, iMessage, and Signal, from your Android or iOs device, log in to the app and follow the instructions located on the Comma Compliance screen to finalize set up.

Note: Signal can take up to sixty seconds to provide a QR code. There's no need to refresh the page.
Once you have scanned the QR code from your app, or approved access, you will see a "connected" personal integration.

Comma Compliance will now capture and archive communications from your individual linked platforms.
Note: The Connect button will remain active so that you can link multiple accounts if you have multiple devices use you with separate phone numbers. (Eg, business and personal devices provided)
