2. Platform Support for Hard-to-Interact Platforms
WhatsApp, Signal, and iMessage don’t offer public APIs for compliance archiving. Most tools respond to that by blocking the apps, falling back to SMS, or installing software on employee devices. We didn’t like any of those options.
