Messaging App Communication Archiving for Financial Firms
Meet the First Open-Source WhatsApp & Signal Capture for FinTech
Built for how people actually communicate,
not how they did in 2005.
We offer a next-gen communication archiving solution, backed by Comma Compliance's powerful AI technology. It seamlessly distinguishes between personal and business contacts, enabling teams to use modern messaging apps for business purposes confidently.
Explore our WhatsApp & Signal source code on GitHub. Deploy it on your own infrastructure, or leverage our hosted service for AI matching, secure storage, and tamper-proof archiving.
With our compliance management software, you can rest assured that everything you need to securely archive will be captured, without infringing on privacy.
1.Transparency: Open-Source
For too long, compliance tech lived behind closed doors. Opaque, rigid, and ripe for security gaps. We put our WhatsApp & Signal capture logic and our AI compliance product, Arc Relay, on GitHub. No NDA, no request process, just public code.
Today you can:
• Demonstrate compliance to your auditors in seconds.
• Eliminate “black-box” risk and vendor lock-in.
• Show your CIO and CISO exactly how your data flows.
• Review commits, raise issues, then audit our changes in real time.

2. Platform Support for Hard-to-Interact Platforms
WhatsApp, Signal, and iMessage don't offer public APIs for compliance archiving. Most tools respond to that by blocking the apps, falling back to SMS, or installing software on employee devices. We didn't like any of those options.
Comma captures messages directly — no device footprint, no workarounds, no changes to how your team communicates. The capture code for WhatsApp and Signal is on GitHub if you want to see exactly how it works.
3. Predictable Pricing
One flat price per person. Every channel included, unlimited exports, no per-connector fees, no egress charges. Legacy tools make pricing complicated on purpose — separate add-ons for each channel, fees every time you export. We don't do that.
